Nicholas Lawson is a fourth-generation California citrus grower and real estate professional based in the Central Valley. Raised in a multi-generational farming family with roots spanning nearly a century, Nicholas has firsthand experience in land stewardship, operational management, and both the short- and long-term realities of agricultural ownership.

In addition to his real estate practice with Realty Concepts, Nicholas remains actively involved in farming operations, giving him a working understanding of crop performance, water resources, regulatory exposure, and capital structure. His approach to agricultural real estate is grounded in operational awareness, disciplined evaluation, and a deep respect for the legacy behind every property.

Nicholas specializes in agricultural land sales and succession-driven transitions, working with growers, families, and investors to navigate complex decisions with clarity, discretion, and professionalism. His background allows him to speak both operator and investor language — bridging practical farming experience with structured transaction strategy.

Nicholas lives in the Central Valley with his wife, Berenice, and their three children. Family legacy and responsible land stewardship remain central to his work, and he is committed to helping clients protect, transition, and build long-term agricultural value across generations
